Consent to the processing of personal data

By filling in the required data and actively ticking the appropriate box, you give your consent to the processing of your personal data by the International Academy for Diaconia and Social Action, Central and Eastern Europe, o.p.s., for the purpose of publishing your profile containing your personal data, that you had provided us with, in the database of partners on the web interface www.online-space.eu. The database of partners is available solely to other registered partners and allows full-text search. You register as a partner if you are interested in establishing cooperation with other partners registered in the database and you take into account the fact that other registered partners can contact you via the contact data you provided us with. Without this consent you can still use our services as a simple user.

2. Legal basis for the personal data processing

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent, hereby given to the data controller within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

3. Personal data processed and purpose of processing

On the basis of this consent given by you, we process the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail address, address of residence (or delivery address), name of the organization, optionally also telephone number.
The purpose of processing your personal data is to publish your profile in the database of partners which can be found on the web interface www.online-space.eu in the section "Partner Finder". The database is available solely to other registered partners, it cannot be accessed by general public, and it allows full-text search. Only those users who are interested in establishing cooperation with other partners in a certain field or in relation with a specific project may register as partners.

By giving this consent to the processing of personal data, you also expressly consent to their publication within your profile in the database of partners, as stated above.

4. Duration of consent

You give consent for the duration of your registration as a partner, or until you revoke your consent.
