Orthodox Diaconia - Filantropia

Different Orthodox churches have developed a ‘diaconal’ tradition which has some different characteristics, agents and structures to Protestant diaconia. Sometimes the Orthodox church calls this activity Filantropia. This section presents different Orthodox perspectives on Christian social practice.
